Zumba: An exciting class full of Latin and exotic music flavors. The class features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Total-Body Conditioning: This workout uses weight and other pieces to help promote strength, conditioning and flexibility.

Outdoor Fitness Fusion: An exciting mix of fun and fresh air exercises offered outside to all levels from beginners to advanced. Get your day started in the nice spring weather with an outdoor workout great for all fitness level.

Ba Gua Zhang: A martial art class focused on health, longetivity, and fitness. Ba Gua Zhang is based upon te principles of constant change and emphasizes internal stillness within external movement.

Spinning: Indoor cycling class designed for all fitness levels looking for a great calorie burn.

Zumbatomic: A dance-fitness program designed exclusively for kids. (age 4-12) 45-min class

Active Age Exercise Class: Beginner to intermediate. Consists of upper and lower strength and flex…aerobic endurance motor skills balance.
